How do I purchase individual tickets?

What time do the doors open to the venue?

For Live Performances, the building will be open approximately one hour before the performance, and doors to the theatre will open about one half hour prior to the start of the performance (e.g., for a 7:30 PM performance, the theatre will open at 7:00 PM).
* Maestro Michael Hall may deliver a pre-concert talk approximately 45 minutes before a mainstage performance. Check individual concert descriptions for details.

Can I purchase a ticket at the door on the night of the concert?

Most live events have finite seating with no guarantee of availability. Tickets can usually be purchased at the venue if available, but we highly encourage purchasing in advance. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests.

If I have arranged to pick up my tickets at the door, where will they be?

Pre-purchased tickets can be picked up at the "Will Call" table, usually located near the regular ticketing table.
At Vanier Hall, it is in the lobby, to the left as you enter the building.
